Due to the highly sensitive and laboratory-grade nature of our products, Hercules Labs does not accept returns. Because our products are research peptides, we must maintain a strict chain of custody to guarantee the chemical integrity, purity, and stability of every vial. Once a product has left our controlled environment and reached a customer, it cannot be restocked or resold for safety and quality assurance reasons.
No Returns Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect product selection by the customer.

By completing a purchase at herculeslabs.co.uk, you acknowledge and agree that these products are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if there is a physical issue with your order, we will make it right.
Eligibility for Replacement:

You received the wrong product (e.g., different peptide than ordered).

The product arrived physically damaged (e.g., broken glass/vial).

The order was incomplete (missing items).
How to report an issue: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email support@herculeslabs.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item.
Note: Once the flip-top seal of a vial has been removed or tampered with, we cannot offer a replacement or credit under any circumstances.
Shipping and Non-Delivery

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package was lost by the courier, please contact us so we can open a claim and arrange for a reshipment.
